WECOLOUR products are as pure and mild as possible yet unfortunately not all of them are approved CG products (yet). CG products means Curly Girl approved according to Lorraine Massey's method. At WECOLOUR, you will find more and more Curly Girl approved products.
These are often our newest products and in some cases we have had the formula of existing products adapted to fully comply with the Curly Girl ingredient lists. We use the site isitcg.com to check that ingredients meet all Curly Girl requirements. CG
WECOLOUR hair dye and Curly Girl
Even Curly Girls like to dye their hair sometimes! Most hair dyes contain a lot of harsh ingredients that won't do your curls any good, which is why most hair dyes are not recommended as you will understand. WECOLOUR is dye that is so much gentler on your hair than regular home dye. WECOLOUR is as pure as possible and therefore contains no ammonia, silicones, resorcinol and sulphates. Several blogging Curlies have therefore already dyed their hair with WECOLOUR, check out the blogs of Tante Truus and Kiki's Kloset for example. They were surprised by the good results of WECOLOUR hair dye.
Curly girls themselves reported dyeing their hair the moment they needed to wash their hair anyway. You apply the dye to your dry hair, just completely according to the instructions that come with the dye. For extra care and to avoid changing your hair structure altogether, you can add Colour Mask to your hair dye. Then use the conditioner that comes with the hair dye in the package for your co-wash. You can also choose not to add COLOUR mask to your hair dye, but use it as an intensive restorative mask after dyeing, rinsing and co-washing. Optionally, you can use another very good moisturising hair mask. After that, use your leave-in conditioner and style as usual.
Our hair dye is used satisfactorily by many Curlies. Because despite containing a very small amount of beeswax, the ingredients are as mild and pure as possible. WECOLOUR hair colour is therefore a lot less harmful to your curls than most other hair colours.

WECOLOUR hair care and styling
All care and styling products are also as pure as possible, just like the hair dye. For example, these products do not contain parabens, sulphates and non-soluble silicones. So you can use all products if you have curls because they do not dry out your hair and do not contain silicones. But if you look at products that do not contain any ingredients prohibited by Curly Girl at all, five of our products are currently completely Curly Girl proof namely:
1. WECOLOUR conditioner for coloured hair;
2. Colour Mask that you use during dyeing to protect your hair and scalp or as a deep-acting, conditioning and moisturising hair mask;
3. Volume Mousse with extracts of silver lime and pure camellia;
4. Natural hair wax with 100% eco-certified oil new technology and
5. The leave toning No-yellow Mousse.
